As part of improving your daily work, we inform you that TravelForce ATLAS offers a powerful and flexible ability to attach Office files (Word, Excel, PDF, etc.) at all critical points of the application, facilitating immediate access and complete documentation of your data.
Document attachment can be performed at the level of: Client, Supplier, Hotel Code, Address Book Code, Accounting Entry, Receipt, and other related entities. Additionally, document attachment is available per: airline ticket reg nr, ferry ticket reg nr, Service, and Folder.
This way, TravelForce ATLAS ensures organized information, immediate document availability, and more efficient daily work. The system provides a simple procedure for connecting records with documents through an intuitive panel interface.
To add a document, simply select the record, open the document panel, add a description for the file (free text), browse and select the file you want to attach, and save. You can repeat this process as many times as needed for multiple documents.
This feature significantly reduces the time spent searching for documents across different systems and ensures all relevant documentation is immediately accessible within the context where it is needed most.
