Quality Guardian Web Scripting is the Sabre Red 360 Web version of Quality Guardian, designed to support agency-specific workflow automation and customized process extensions across Sabre Red 360 Web and Desktop.
The product does not provide predefined business functionality on its own. It operates as a scripting engine. Its functionality is delivered through one or more scripts developed exclusively by Panasoft according to each client's business requirements.
Scripts may be executed manually by authorized users or triggered automatically by supported Sabre platform events and workflow extensions.

JavaScript-based QG Scripts
Quality Guardian scripts are written in JavaScript and enhanced with Panasoft's custom Sabre access classes, allowing advanced workflow automation inside Sabre Red 360.
Rule Engine
The integrated Rule Engine evaluates PNR conditions and triggers the appropriate action, validation, form, message, or process according to configured business rules.
Active Listener
Monitors supported Sabre workflow events and can trigger scripts, control workflow execution, or interrupt the process when required.

Standard Panasoft-maintained scripts and custom scripts are charged separately. Custom development, Sabre Scribe workflow rewriting, ERP integrations, API integrations, special forms, and customer-specific rules may require an upfront fee and recurring usage, support, hosting, or maintenance fees.
Quality Guardian Web Scripting is a scripting engine. One or more scripts are required to provide business functionality. Scripts are developed exclusively by Panasoft based on the client's instructions, requirements, and approved specifications.

The product does not store PCI cardholder data or GDPR-regulated personal data. It is not PCI compliant and must not be used as a repository for payment card data or sensitive personal data.
