The company is a market leader in its field and is currently expanding its operations in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa). The candidate will be responsible for providing guidance, assistance and training to our customers via phone, e-mail or on site. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate to Athens, have an EU citizenship, or be allowed to legally work in Greece.

Customer Service Representative

Excellent command of the English language. Verbal and written communication in English must be fluent.
Degree in graduate studies, preferably in Tourism.
Ability to travel.
Desired Skills:
Experience with back office or accounting software.
IT background.
Minimum 3 years working experience in a travel agency or tour operator.
2 years working experience with a GDS, preferably SABRE.
Knowledge of Travel Force 2000 will be considered a valuable asset.
Troubleshooting skills, analytical problem solving skills, and the ability to solve technical problems.
Ability to manage and meet customer expectations.
Willing to work flexible hours is helpful.
